Setting the Stage

GreeNYC is an initiative of the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability dedicated to educating, engaging, and mobilizing New Yorkers to help New York City meet its ambitious sustainability goals of sending zero waste to landfills by 2030 and generating net zero carbon by 2050.

As a freelancer with Purpose, a strategy consultancy, creative agency, and social movement incubator, I focused on three clients--GreeNYC, KABOOM!, and UN Human Rights, as art director and graphic designer.

Our team, consisting of an art director, myself, and another graphic designer, contributed to brand development, providing strategy and implementation for social media, creating assets for the GreeNYC website and the initiative’s “Bring It!” campaign.
